Following a disappointing first half of the season, the Auburn Tigers had a chance to reset during the bye ahead of their matchup with Missouri

Auburn coach Hugh Freeze took the podium Monday morning after Auburn football’s idle week, turning the page to this week’s matchup against Missouri. Freeze said it’s disappointing to be sitting at a 2-4 record and winless in the conference.

The Tigers bounced back from their Texas A&M loss with a comfortable 45-3 win in Amherst over the UMass Minutemen. Unlike last week, Mizzou showed complete control right out the gate, led by Luther Burden’s 61-yard rushing touchdown in the first minute of the game. From there, the Tigers never let off the gas.
