Andie MacDowell opened up about her piriformis syndrome diagnosis during an appearance on 'The Drew Barrymore Show,' admitting she thought she might 'have to have hip replacement.'

On "The Drew Barrymore Show," MacDowell said she now lives in a South Carolina community with "people my age" and delved into recent health problems.

I thought I was gonna have to have hip replacement. Thank God my hips are fine,” MacDowell shared of her diagnosis.
