After the New York Jets fired Robert Saleh this week, the team named Jeff Ulbrich as the interim coach, and in a twist, the only reason Ulbrich was even available to take the job is because Saleh wouldn't let him leave.

Even with that temporary title and only just being named head coach, Ulbrich was bringing some energy in his first days in charge. Ulbrich, 47, was spotted by cameras going from player to player prior to practice this week and trying to get them all going. He was certainly bringing some energy.
