A disturbing 2016 video that shows Sean “Diddy” Combs assaulting singer Cassie, his former girlfriend, has emerged as a key battleground in his sex abuse case.

Diddy's legal team is accusing the government of leaking information that caused bias against, effectively preventing him from having a fair trial.

"For decades, Sean Combs abused, molested, raped, assaulted, threatened and coerced women, men and minors for sexual gratification, to assert dominance, and to conceal his abhorre
