AUSTIN, Texas — Police have identified one of two victims who were killed after a motorcycle hit a pedestrian on Christmas night in northeast Austin. 44-year-old motorcyclist Kendra Dorby Mottley died Dec. 24, according to the Austin Police Department (APD). The other victim has not been identified.
