A dense fog advisory was issued Monday morning for much of the North Bay and along the coast, where visibility could drop to one-quarter mile or less. The fog could make driving conditions hazardous, the National Weather Service said. Motorists are urged to slow down, use headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead.
