Everyone watching on television could see it, and yet the NFL’s replay center couldn’t at the time: Seattle Seahawks returner Dee Williams definitely had a punt touch his finger, which meant it was a live ball up for grabs for the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday night.

Replays clearly showed that Seattle's returner touched a punt, but the NFL command center didn't get those angles.

NFL officials committed an all-time blunder Thursday night during the 49ers' 36-24 win over the Seahawks. It happened during a punt. The ball hit the ground, grazed the Seahawks punt returner's finger and the 49ers recovered the ball.
