This may come as a surprise, but one of the top films of summer 2024 has come to Amazon Prime Video this week. IF didn’t get a lot of press compared to the other movies last summer, but it legged out $111 million domestically in the most competitive cinema landscape of the year.

Finally two major streamers, Amazon and Apple, partner to have Apple TV+ become a subscription add-on for Amazon Prime Video.

Apple and Amazon have struck a deal to bring Apple TV+ to Prime Video channels. Anywhere you can access Prime Video, you can access Apple TV+.

Prime Video subscribers will soon have the option to bundle Apple TV+ with their membership. Users can add the Apple TV+ suite of shows to their streaming library for an additional $9.99 a month, which is the same price consumers would pay if purchasing Apple TV+ by itself.

Amazon said on Wednesday that Apple TV+ will become available on Prime Video later this month in the U.S. for $9.99 per month, in a boost for the iPhone maker which has lagged behind streaming rivals Netflix,

To sign up for Apple TV+ through Prime Video, log into your account and click on the Subscriptions tab. Amazon says Apple TV+ will be available later this month.
