The National Weather Service in Wilmington is forecasting a high of 35 and a low of 19 on Tuesday, with a 30% chance of snow after 1 p.m. and a 60% chance of snow again Tuesday night. On Wednesday, the outlet forecasts a high of 34 and a low of 16.
